Spaghetti Sauce White



Material :
• 200 grams of spaghetti, boiled
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon margarine for frying

White sauce:
• 2 tablespoons margarine
• ½ onion, finely chopped
• 3 tablespoons cake flour
• 600 ml milk
• 3 pieces of smoked beef, sliced length
• 100 grams of canned button mushrooms, halved
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 50 grams of cheese, shredded

How to make :
1. Saute garlic until fragrant. Enter spaghetti. Stir well. Set aside.
2. The white sauce: Heat the margarine. Enter onions. Stir-fry until fragrant. Enter the flour. Stir until the clot. Enter liquid milk little by little, stirring until smooth.
3. Enter the smoked beef, button mushrooms, salt, black pepper and cheese. Cook until thick.
4. Serve spaghetti sauce and a sprinkling of cheese together.
