shrimp Tandoori



Material :

• 20 large-size shrimp, peeled leaving tails
• Cooking oil sufficient to grease
• skewers taste

Seasoning marinade:
• 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
• 1 tablespoon ginger / garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1-2 tablespoons red chili powder
• 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• Salt secukupny

How to make :
1. Brush the prawns with the marinade seasoning it flat, save it in the fridge about 12-18 hours (at least 2 hours) to allow the flavors really permeate perfect / maximum flavor.
2. Remove from the refrigerator, puncture all the shrimp.
3. Bake in charcoal while occasionally inverted, rubbed with cooking oil. Cook a few minutes until cooked
4. Serve.
