Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake)



Material :

125 gr flour
100 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced
100 g carrots, finely shaved
100 gr bean sprouts, wash
100 grams of minced meat
2 Btr eggs
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
50 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
50 g katsuobushi (optional)

Pizza sauce (mix):
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sauce Bull-dog

How to make :
1. Prepare a large bowl, put the flour, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, mince, mix well.
2. Add the egg, salt, pepper and water, stir until smooth.
3. Prepare a nonstick skillet square shape, put 2 tablespoons oil, pour the batter vegetables, flatten. Cook over low heat until cooked. Turn when the bottom side has matured.
4. Place on a plate, spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle with katsuobushi. Serve while hot.
