Materials : 
  • 50 g carrots, cut meager angled 
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into 4 sections 
  • 6 green beans, cut 
  • 6 stalks of green cabbage, cut

  • 100 g chicken filet, cut 
  • 100 grams of peeled shrimp

flavoring: 

  • 2 cloves garlic, geprek

Instructions to cook : 
Saute garlic until fragrant. Enter sesame oil and tomato sauce. Shrimp and chicken panfry until it changes shading
