Material :
• 300 grams of white rice
topping:
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 50 gr onion, roughly chopped
• 100 g carrots, cut into match
• 100 gr enoki mushrooms, remove the roots, wash
• 150 g beef sukiyaki, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon bottled chili sauce
• 1 teaspoon ground red chili
• ½ tsp sugar
• 75 g mustard greens, cut into 3 cm
• 50 ml of water
How to make :
1. Saute garlic and onion until wilted and fragrant.
2. Insert meat sukiyaki piece by piece while stirring until stiff and discolored.
3. Add the herbs, stir until blended.
4. Enter the greens, carrots, enoki mushrooms, and water, stirring until wilted. Lift.
5. Put the rice in a serving bowl.
6. Sprinkle the topping.
7. Serve warm.
