Material :
- 1 kg chicken, cut some parts
- Galangal / laos 2 knuckles,
- 2 2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 4 bay leaves
- Clean water 800 ml
- cooking oil
Seasoning Blend the following:
- Onion 8 items
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 vertebra finger turmeric, grilled until tender
- 3 teaspoons coriander
- Ginger 2 knuckles
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 toasted hazelnut grains
How to Make Fried Chicken:
Wash chicken that had been cut earlier to really - really clean.
Rendan chicken with spices for half an hour.
Heat the pan, then pour 800 ml of water along with spices and pieces of chicken, simmer until chicken is tender and the flavors mingle perfectly. Remove and drain.
Next prepare the frying pan. Then fry the chicken until the color turned yellow or brown-skinned. Lift then drain.
Serve warm fried chicken with rice, vegetables and chili paste.
